If you'll look further, you'll see they have a list of codes for which the -50 applies, and they're all CPTs. Surgical at that, if I remember correctly.

At least in my state UHC (NJ) won't pay the non-par provider directly anymore anyway. All checks go to patients, so don't waste your time spinning your wheels with them.April
